Success in IATF 16949 Audit

KRAIBURG Rubber (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the version change audit and an annual supervision audit since the establishment of the IATF 16949 quality management system. This is the final audit of the three years’ supervision.

The annual supervision audit was conducted from November 12 to 15, 2019. Xiao Bing, a senior audit expert of OQS, is the audit team leader in this audit. During the whole audit process, all KRS IATF quality management system documents were carefully reviewed. The implementation of the system standards of the management and relevant departments were audited in details. The auditors also checked the operation of the production site and interviewed the field personnel. During the audit, the satisfaction of customer requirements and the implementation of quality control in the whole production process were also paid closed attention.

Since KRS has always been implementing 16949 system from top down, the audit went smoothly. The auditors praised KRS for its strong quality awareness and good continuous improvement process; advanced product technology and multiple customers to lower market risks; practical fool-proofing procedures and good traceability, and effective implementation of the quality management system. After 4 days of audit, the audit team finally decided and announced that the operation of our company's IATF 16949 quality management system met the requirements specified in the standard, and no significant deficiencies were found. And we passed the audit successfully!

The auditor's affirmation has strengthened our confidence and also spurred us. In the coming 2020, we will keep up with the development of system standards and strive for greater progress.
