Energy Saving Action - Smart Lighting System

KRAIBURG Rubber (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. believes sustainability and profitability can coexist. We pay attentions to any environmentally conscious practices.  One such initiative involved replacing the traditional lighting system with sensor-controlled smart lighting in hallways and stairways. Under this system, the lights only activate when two conditions are met: when someone is present in the area and when the light levels are below 200 Lumen. This project has resulted in an estimated annual energy savings of 7,100 kilowatt-hours and could potentially be extended to other areas within the plant.
